Feta P.D.O. Trikalon

Thessalos Feta cheese is a Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.) product, made exclusively of 100% fresh pasteurized Greek sheep and goat milk,mainly from the pastures of Thessaly land. It is a soft,with salty and tangy flavor cheese which matures for 2 months in brine. It stands out for the authentic taste, as it is produced with the traditional way, following always a strict hygiene protocol.

Goat Cheese

Το γίδινοο τυρί Θεσσαλός είναι ένα παραδοσιακό προϊόν, το οποίο παράγεται από 100% ελληνικό φρέσκο γάλα, το οποίο ωριμάζει σε άλμη. Είναι ένα τυρί πολύ εύπεπτο το οποίο διακρίνεται για την αλμυρή του γεύση, πλούσια με αρώματα της ελληνικής υπαίθρου.

Goatsheep Cheese

Thessalos Goatsheep Cheese is made exclusively of 100% fresh pasteurized Greek sheep and goat milk, mainly from the pastures of Thessaly land. It is a soft,with salty and tangy flavor cheese which matures in brine.

Cow Cheese

Thessalos Cow Cheese is made exclusively of 100% fresh pasteurized Greek cow milk. It is a white and soft salt water cheese with a smooth and light taste.

Goat Yogurt

Goat yogurt is produced from 100% greek goat milk, from goats breeding and pasturing in Thessaly mountains. It stands out for its low lactose content,the rich and original taste and the characteristic traditional skin on its surface.

Sheep Yogurt

Sheep yogurt is produced from 100% greek sheep milk, from goats breeding and pasturing in Thessaly mountains. It stands out for its low lactose content,the rich and original taste and the characteristic traditional skin on its surface.

Goatsheep Yogurt

Traditional yogurt with 50% sheep and 50% goat’s milk. Rich taste, soft texture and the characteristic traditional skin on its surface.

Cow Yogurt

It is a product made of 100% cow’s milk. Rich in calcium, proteins, vitamins and with a unique traditional taste.

Anthotyros

Thessalos anthotyros cheese is a greek whey milk product, made with 100% fresh milk and whey, which results from the production of feta cheese. It is a flowery cheese with a full traditional, creamy taste and low salt content. It might be eaten for breakfast or in savory dishes.

"Konaki"

It is a product that is made exclusively of fresh sheep and goat milk, with creamy texture, slightly salty taste with a characteristic traditional aroma. Thessalos spread cheese can be consumed any time of the day and is an ideal solution for a snack or a brunch and or a side dish to a main meal.

"Thrypsalla"

Thessalos yogurt cheese is a soft, creamy cheese made of fresh greek sheep and goat milk, adding grated Feta cheese P.D.O. Following the traditional recipe, it is a product with a refresh taste and yogurt aroma.

Kefir

Thessalos Kefir is a fermented milk dring made exclusively from Greek goat milk and kefir grains. It stands out for its incredible taste, the huge health benefits and the low lactose content.

Saganeli Semi Hard Cheese

It is a semi hard cheese made exclusively from greek sheep and goat milk. This product is the flagship of Thessalos semi hard cheeses. Without any added flavours, saganeli with its own pure milky taste, bringing to mind the aromas of greek countryside is suitable to be combined with any other taste. We suggest tomato or fig marmalade or caramelized onions. Like all the cheeses of this familly, saganeli can be eaten as it is or baked.

Saganeli Chilli

Είναι ένα ημίσκληρο τυρί με καυτερή γεύση. Παράγεται από πρόβειο και γίδινο γάλα και τριμμένη καυτερή πιπεριά. Είναι ένα τυρί που τρώγεται ως έχει ή ψημμένο. Αποτελεί ιδανική πρόταση για ένα πικάντικο πιάτο ζυμαρικών, για πικάντικη πίτσα και για ποικιλία τυριών που συνοδεύεται από κρασί.

Saganeli Mediterranean

It is a semi hard cheese with mediterranean flavors. It is produced exclusively from fresk pasteurized greek sheep and goat milk and it contains olive puree, oregano and greek virgine olive oil. The olives and the oil are collected from the Pelion, the cenatvrus mountains of Greece and the oregano is taken from the mountains of Agrafa and Pindos. Mediterranean cheese has a big storage life and the more it matures the tastier it becomes. It can be consumed as it is or baked.

Saganeli Pepper

It is a spicy semi hard cheese made from greek sheep and goat cheese adding four types of pepper, black,red,green and white pepper. Every bite may be compared with an explosion of flavors, either when it is eaten roasted or as it is. Pepper cheese is an ideal accompaniment wine and other alcoholic beverages.
